Everything was great. Front office manager Mr. Aakash n MS. Pooja helped us by modifying dates which we messed during booking. Everything else is good, property is very nice and calm.

Simply amazing in every aspect the property offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing retreat. Celebrated and enjoyed holi and family time. ’ Rating: 1/5 Avoid if you are looking for a true luxury stay in Jaipur! I recently booked a stay at Pride Amber Vilas Resort, Jaipur, through MakeMyTrip, expecting a luxurious 5-star experience based on its listing and premium pricing. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing and did not align with the standards of a 5-star property. 1. Location & Accessibility ’ 1/5 The hotel is extremely far from the city, making it inconvenient for travelers looking to explore Jaipur’s forts, markets, and local attractions. There is no city fun nearby, and commuting to tourist spots takes a significant amount of time. 2. Check-in & Hospitality ’ 1/5 No staff available to assist with luggage or parking. Front desk staff were slow and unresponsive, making the check-in process frustrating. 3. Room Quality & Cleanliness ’ 1.5/5 The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable. Furniture was outdated, giving the room a budget-hotel feel. Minimal amenities, lacking the luxury expected at this price. 4. Ambience & Outdoor Experience ’ 1/5 The lush greenery shown in photos is misleading’it’s mostly wild crops along pathways, releasing excessive pollen on windy days, which can be problematic for allergy sufferers. Flowers are rare in the garden, making it look dull. The lawn, although green, is highly uneven and lacks proper maintenance. The pool has no shaded sitting area, making it uncomfortable to relax during the day. The game room is very basic, with no engaging activities for kids. 5. Food & Dining ’ 1/5 The complimentary hi-tea was nothing more than tea and basic biscuits, which is unacceptable for a luxury property. The food was overly spiced, with no mild options for toddlers or those preferring balanced flavors. The dining hall was crowded with corporate guests, making it uncomfortable for families. Poor food quality for the price paid’nothing close to 5-star standards. 6. Service & Staff Behavior ’ 1/5 The staff seemed untrained and indifferent. Service was slow and unresponsive, with no proactive hospitality. Despite multiple requests, issues were not properly addressed. 7. Overall Experience ’ 1/5 This property is severely overrated and does not justify its 5-star listing or premium pricing. It lacks: ’’ Professional hospitality ’’Well-maintained amenities ’’ A proper luxury dining experience ’’ Basic entertainment or recreation for kids Final Verdict: This hotel is not worth the price and does not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. It needs major improvements in service, maintenance, and guest experience. ’ Rating: 1/5 Avoid if you are looking for a true luxury stay in Jaipur!

I had a date planned last night and we enjoyed a lot and my date was amazing’’ It was a great setup i really liked it, the arrangement was very good, the food was very tasty, the service was very good and the staff was very sweet of us!! What's Good: looks like a proper heritage hotel from outside but rooms suck, bad A/C, old commodes etc
What needs to improve : drabness and not well appointed rooms
Reason For Rating : the excellent property needs to be well maintained and rooms better appointed. the rooms look very old and drab

What's Good: The infrastructure
What needs to improve : Staff service was poor. Rooms were extremely timely in view of cost charged. Breakfast menu was repeititive. Staff members were not friendly and needed lot of followup.
Reason For Rating : Hotel needs to be more customer oriented, staff members need to be emphathetic towards customers, hotel staff members were quite money minded. Hotel charged us expenses that we were not eligible for, later corrected on our intervention.

What's Good: The location is good. The garden and restaurant is very nice.
What needs to improve : Qaulity of rooms was very bad. They do not provide iron, dryed and heater.
Reason For Rating : The exteriors are very nice. The vatika restaurant and the Rajasthani culture shown at the resort is good. But the qality of the room is poor. The locks, hinges of the doors and cupboards were loose. Even the bed makes noise when we turn our sides. The bath fittings were poor. The taps and the shower were leaking. The corners were dirty. The towels and linens were also very old. One of the pillow had stains on it. Not worth spending so much of money
